As the newest associate with Kozacky & Weitzel, P.C, Mr. Rapp concentrates his practice in the field of commercial litigation, focusing on contract, employment and real estate disputes, as well as tax matters.
Mr. Rapp graduated cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in history. He graduated cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in 2007. While at DePaul, Mr. Rapp externed for the Honorable Ronald A. Guzmán of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable Richard J. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mr. Rapp is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
