Kristine A. Mueller is an associate with Kozacky & Weitzel, P.C. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation with a focus on representing physicians in disputes with provider organizations. Her legal experience also includes subrogation on behalf of employee benefit plans and health care reimbursement disputes. Ms. Mueller obtained her LL.M. in health law from DePaul University College of Law in December 2009.
Ms. Mueller received her Bachelors of Science degree in criminal justice from Illinois State University in 1999. She graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2004, where she was a member of the DePaul Journal of Sports Law and Contemporary Issues. Her comment, No Control Over Their Rights of Publicity: College Athletes Left Sitting the Bench, was published in the Spring 2004 edition.
Ms. Mueller is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and the Illinois Association of Health Care Attorneys.
