| Mr. Becker
is an associate with Kozacky & Weitzel, P.C. He
concentrates his practice in commercial litigation,
with a focus on employment, real estate and contract
disputes.
Mr. Becker received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
psychology with a minor in criminology from Illinois
Wesleyan University in 2001. He graduated magma
cum laude from DePaul University College of Law
in 2004, where he was a member of the DePaul Law
Review. His comment,

York v. Quarles and
the Departure from Enemy Combatant Designations,
was published in the 53rd volume of the journal.
While attending DePaul, Mr. Becker externed for both
the Honorable Ronald A. Guzmán of the United
States District Court for the Northern District of
Illinois and the Honorable William J. Bauer of the
United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mr. Becker is admitted to practice law in the State
of Illinois, the District Court for the Northern District
of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois
State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
